Terms and Conditions relating to the Campaign

By engaging with the British Airways Christmas Welcomes 2024 Campaign (the “Campaign") and entering information into the www.bachristmaswelcomes.com website you (the “Requester”, “you”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

• You are over 18 years of age.
• You must not provide us with details of any Passenger who is under 18 years of age.
• You know the Passenger well as a friend or family member and are on good terms with them.
• You have a genuine belief that the Passenger will be happy to receive your welcome message and will not feel alarmed, upset, embarrassed, harassed or intimidated by it.
• Your welcome message must not include anything which is offensive, obscene, abusive or illegal or which might be understood as any of these things by the Passenger.
• You must not provide any information about the Passenger which would enable them to be identified by someone who did not already know them – for example no surname, address, telephone number or email address.
• You understand that your welcome message may be displayed to the Passenger through advertising media located at or in the vicinity of their arrival airport (e.g. billboards) only.
• We may contact you with an update as to how and when the Passenger will feature in the Campaign and ask whether you wish to take part in any follow up activities in relation to the Campaign. This will be entirely voluntary.
• Please note, there are no guarantees that your message will be selected for usage in the Campaign or that the Passenger will see your message if selected in the Campaign.
